July 30th, Mick Lyons Rondezvous site

We will be painting at Mick Lyons tomorrow. No rendezvous stuff set up, but he has a cool log cabin, barn, stream, horses...

To get there go south on 27 out of Viroqua. The first road past Liberty Pole is Hornby Hollow rd on the right. Take that down the hill, past Gardner rd. Turn left on Lo Hornby Hollow. Mick's place is almost a mile down. His log cabin is up on the right and the barn is right on the road on the left. Big mowed area where they rendezvous. Meet at 8:30

July 16th, Dancing Waters

Go south on 61 at Readstown about 5
miles south of Soldiers Grove to the intersection of 61 and 171
(Rolling Ground). Turn East, (left) on 171 and go one mile east to the
first road south, Sleepy Hollow Road, take a right. Take Sleepy Hollow
about 1/4 of mile to Guthrie Road, first mailbox on the right. It's
bright blue #43188. Turn right Park in the bus turnaround or lot on
your right as you come in. Any time is good . It's going to be hot, so
I think I'm starting about 7 ish. There is shade. Deb

June 18th, Dog Hollow Farm

Now that we're back to our beautiful Wisconsin summer weather we'll give it one more go at Dog Hollow.

June 11th, Dog Hollow Farm

Unless it's storming again tomorrow, we will be painting again this week at Dog Hollow Farm. Despite all the rain and flooding the buildings and gardens are all intact.

June 4th, Dog Hollow Farm

Another beautiful setting in southwest Wisconsin. Dog Hollow Farm is on the corner of Rush Creek Rd and Dog Hollow Rd just into Crawford County. The easiest directions from either the North or South is to take Hwy 27 (from either direction) to Rising Sun. Turn west on County B and take that to Dog Hollow Rd. You'll see the farm on the right at Rush Creek Rd. The driveway is on Rush Creek. Meet at 8:30 or 9:00.
